Connect with us

The first meeting of the newly formed Social Rights Alliance Advisory board met last month. The board is forming around the project to act as connectors to other projects and organisations, provide insight and help to develop ideas and work through challenges as the work evolves.

The group expects to evolve as the project develops but at present includes Emma Lough from Lawyers Against Poverty; Tom Burke, from Amplify; Maisie Palmer from the Roots Programme in Manchester; Liam Barrington-Bush, activist and co-founder of Resist & Renew; Emer Mary Morris, former Community Organiser from PPR in Belfast, Paul Pearson, Researcher and part of the SRA evaluation team based at University of Glasgow and Lianna Etkind who brings her community organising experience and is a Trustee of Just Fair.

This group will develop and evolve as the project does and we expect members to change to reflect experiences of communities involved in the Social Rights Alliance across England.
