In July 2023 we launched a new joint publication with Greater Manchester Poverty Action ‘The socio-economic duty in action: case studies from England and Wales‘. Check out the launch event recording below, along with the report and accompanying blog:
In May 2023 we hosted an webinar for newly elected, and re-elected councillors and officers in England about the socio-economic duty. The event focused on how the duty can help local authorities target resources and interventions to begin to close the inequality gap.
