To mark International Human Rights Day 2025, Just Fair and the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights hosted the online launch of Access to Social Justice: Effective Remedies for Social Rights. The event brought together the book’s authors, practitioners and leading academics to explore the systemic barriers people face in realising everyday rights to housing, food, fuel and social security, and what needs to change to deliver meaningful access to justice.

Getting ready for the socio-economic duty – 9 October 2025

In May 2023 we hosted an webinar for newly elected, and re-elected councillors and officers in England about the socio-economic duty. The event focused on how the duty can help local authorities target resources and interventions to begin to close the inequality gap.
