Human Rights in the Community
Supporting civil society organisations to take human rights-based approaches
Just Fair is offering support to two community groups or organisations in South West England and two community groups or organisations based in London or South East England to design and deliver a human rights-based project in 2026.
If your organisation works on poverty, housing, food, health, education, work or inequality, you are already working on human rights issues – even if you don’t use that language yet.
This programme will help you build confidence, apply human rights in simple and accessible ways, and design a new project (or strengthen an existing one) that deepens your impact and amplifies community voices. You will receive tailored support from a dedicated Just Fair Human Rights Officer, structured peer learning spaces with other participants and practical help to co-design/strengthen a project or campaign rooted in your community’s priorities.
Whether you want to develop new skills, strengthen your messaging, improve participation and co-production, create new resources or advocate more effectively for change, this programme offers additional expertise, support and collaborative environment to make it possible.
