The Homeless Bill of Rights is a compilation of basic rights drawn from international human rights instruments specific to the situation of homeless people. 

The aim of this campaign is to encourage cities across Europe to reaffirm their commitment to respect the rights of people experiencing homelessness.

Just Fair are working with FEANTSA and Housing Rights Watch to encourage England local authorities to support and implement the Homeless Bill of Rights. 

On 25 March 2021, Brighton & Hove City Council became the first council to adopt the Homeless Bill of Rights in the UK. Find out more here.
